Ekoportal is a site created to actively disseminate environmental information, as well as meta-information, to help reach key information on servers located in units of the Ministry of Environment.
Ekoportal Information is available in six sections.
The Ministry of Environment - basic information about the management of the Ministry of the Environment, central authorities of the Ministry of the Environment and other entities included in the Ministry.
Our proposal - information about the Ekoportal website, principles of providing environmental information upon request, a publicly accessible data list (which serves as a metadata of documents containing information about the environment and its protection), as well as links to the following tabs: Training, E-learning and Publications, the content of which is available in a Polish language version.
Environmental information - basic information about the principles of access and sharing of information about the environment in Poland and links to tabs, the content of which is available in a Polish language version: Search for cards in the List, State of the environment in Poland, CSO Statistical data (Central Statistical Office), Database and records of the Ministry and its subordinate units, Ministry search engine for environmental information.
Law, strategic documents - basic information about current Polish legislation concerning the environment, protection of the environment in Poland and principles of public participation in environmental matters, as well as links to tabs, the content of which is available in a Polish language version: International conventions and agreements and Environmental protection in the European Union.
For entrepreneurs and investors - basic information about national funds financing investment and projects in the field of environmental protection, a guide for entrepreneurs including information on obligations of entrepreneurs in the field of environmental protection and EMAS in Poland, as well as a link to the Available EU funds tab.
Worth knowing and visiting - basic information about ecotourism and agro-tourism, an introduction to articles available on Ekoportal about the environment and places to visit, as well as links to tabs available in a Polish language version: Ecological periodicals and Calendar of environmental events.
